  • Every session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique energetic blueprint. Depending on what you're navigating, we may:

    • Receive channeled energy healing to gently locate and clear energetic blockages that have built up from past emotional trauma, creative suppression, overstimulation, or burnout

    • Bring awareness to your subconscious beliefs to release disempowering limitations and plant empowering seeds for your continued expansion

    • Learn how to set and maintain energetic boundaries that protect your nervous system and creative capacity (especially helpful for empaths and highly sensitive souls)
