mutual aid is available for all my people having a hard time out there, for any reason. just send me a contact form explaining (as vulnerably and honestly as you can - write as much as you want) why you could use the mutual aid, what length session you would like and how much you can honestly afford to pay for it.
Additionally, you can submit requests for alternative availability here if your timezone makes it hard for you to book currently available appointments.
